Remote Support and services

Our partner, https://anydesk.com/en, provides remote management support for desktop servers and mobile devices running iOS and Android operating systems. Each subscription customer receives a custom installer for their environments. I can connect to the systems as long as they are online. We can also perform updates and send files remotely.
Cybersecurity Support and Services

We also completed a Partnership with Huntress; through Huntress, we will provide Antivirus, malware, and Ransomware protection, as well as EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response), ITDR (Identity Detection and Response), and SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) Services.
We will roll out OpenSense Firewalls to our Subscription clients in their environments.

Each firewall will configure IDS (Intrusion Detection System) and IPS (
Intrusion Prevention System).
We will give you more features as I build my business and production servers.
Future offerings: In Talks with Dell
Last night, I got a call from DELL Computers, and we are concerning a partnership to provide the following:
Through the Dell Partnership, Otaku Computer Guy! will offer and resell Dell Hardware, including Desktops, Laptops, servers, and network systems.
They let us resale Microsoft Office 365 and Azure to our customers.
I will keep you all updated on how this conversation goes.
