The last four years have been rough, and the decision was made at the beginning of the year to liquidate our rental properties and rental business in Flushing, Queens, New York. We paid off all mortgages and most bills by selling off all our properties to buy a single-family home and land, and leave New York City for a simple life in upstate New York.
We are now located in the charming hamlet of Narrowsburg, NY, situated in the Town of Tusten along the Delaware River in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains. Centered in the Upper Delaware River corridor, it is surrounded by rolling hills, forests, lakes, and streams.

We will also be setting up mail-order repairs. If you mail your devices to us, we will send you the boxes; or you can purchase them and put your computer or laptop in them. We have a PO set up. Box with USPS to receive these packages.
