Our Technicians are CompTIA A+, Network+, and Google IT Support certified and can help with any computer repair or service need. We complete repairs in our workshop, so you can have peace of mind and a quick turnaround. You can schedule a service appointment. Walk-in Service is not available yet. We are working to restore the store space and create a new store schedule. We make house calls across the five boroughs and offer remote troubleshooting.
Otaku Computer Guy! is not an Apple Authorized Service Provider; we are working with Apple on certification and authorization.
In the meantime, we can’t officially accept or work on any Apple products or devices, and we can’t provide any support.
Once Apple completes and approves this certification and authorization. We will happily repair and support your Apple products; until then, we do not accept work for Apple products.
