We complete repairs in our workshop, so you can have peace of mind and a quick turnaround. You can schedule a service appointment. Walk-in Service is not available yet. We are working to restore the store space and create a new store schedule. We make house calls across the five boroughs and offer remote troubleshooting.
Hourly billing is standard for complex troubleshooting, network setups, and unknown variables.
Residential Remote Support: $95/hour. Ideal for quick software fixes, email configuration, or routine maintenance that doesn’t require a physical visit. (This is for homes & Home Offices only!)
Small & Medium Business & Remote Worker Support: $175+/hour. Given your deep expertise in infrastructure and threat management, you are providing local businesses with enterprise-grade knowledge. This tier reflects the added value of secure configurations and advanced network optimization.
