Our Technicians are CompTIA A+, Network+, and Google IT Support certified and can help with any computer repair or service need. We complete repairs in our workshop, so you can have peace of mind and a quick turnaround. You can schedule a service appointment. Walk-in Service is not available yet. We are working to restore the store space and create a new store schedule. We make house calls across the five boroughs and offer remote troubleshooting.
On-site Support sends a mobile technician to your home or office.
Hourly billing applies to complex troubleshooting, network setups, and situations with unknown variables.
Residential On-Site Support: $120/hour. This is standard for professional home visits in the region.
Commercial & Retail On-Site Support: $150/hour. This is standard for professional home visits in the region.
Standard Travel Fee: Add a $50 surcharge for on-site visits outside a 10- to 15-mile radius of your home base.
These prices do not include services or parts; they are for labor only.
