We are in the process of reopening our tech services shop. I am still working in New York City (2 hours there and 2 hours back), 3 days a week, and remotely from home (in Narrowsburg, NY) for 2 days until I can completely replace my monthly income from the city.
Our prices were originally set for the city. I am reworking prices for the Narrowsburg, NY, and Sulivian County area, doing our pricing to fit the area of Narrowsburg and Sulivian County. We are still a home-based business; we just no longer own a storefront. I will be working out of our home’s basement.
We completed pricing for the basics:

- Diagnostic Fee: $75.
- Virus & Malware Removal / PC Tune-up: $130.
- Operating System Reinstall & Restore: $150.
- Hardware Repair Labor (Screens, Power Jacks, Motherboards): $150 (Plus the cost of parts).
- Simple Upgrades (RAM, SSD Installation): $80 (Plus parts).
- Basic Data Backup/Transfer (up to 300GB): $125.
Support Services
Charging by the hour is standard for complex troubleshooting, network setups, and unknown variables.
Residential On-Site Support: $120/hour. This is standard for professional home visits in the region.
